Medical Claim - Overlook

Hi All,


Please be informed your medical claims average date from 21/07/10 – 20/08/10 is received by me before Hari Raya festival from HR dept.Unfortunately, I have overlooked that folder & miss out to include together for this coming claims payment (today).It is my fault & I will process it by early of October as we are close for the month of September.For those who receive early email from Shanice, kindly come to collect your claims as per time mention.

ni la antara ayat2 kesian + gelabah aku kat staff SBM..huhu..ngeri siottt..maklum la hujun bulan ni kan ditambah pulak baru je pas raya so mesti semua org expect dapat claim so dapat la tambah ape yg kurang tu kan...tp tah mcm mane boleh pulak aku x perasan 1folder yg penuh ngan claim ni..huhu..so ape lg..sebelum kene sembur baik aku mengaku yg aku salah kan...alhamdullillah mereka memahami..maklumla dah nak cuti raye ka..lg pon ni kan masih di bulan syawal..hehe..tq u all...sy akan lebih berhati2 pas ni...
